Oak & Mason was founded on a simple belief: every property deserves the same level of care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail you would want in your own home. What began as a passion for quality construction has grown into a full-service design-build firm serving homeowners, investors, property managers, and commercial clients throughout Indiana. Our portfolio spans custom renovations, roofing, siding, windows, exterior transformations, commercial tenant improvements, office and retail build-outs, hospitality projects, and specialized facilities for organizations and trade groups.
As a hands-on founder, Mohammad remains actively involved throughout every project — ensuring each build reflects Oak & Mason's core commitments to clear communication, full accountability, and exceptional workmanship. We combine the personal care of a family-owned company with the capabilities and professionalism required to execute complex commercial work.

Tilynna brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of construction and real estate finance. Her background working with private and hard money lenders — financing residential flips, commercial build-outs, and ground-up construction — gives her a perspective most contractors simply don't have.
She has managed projects for local Indianapolis clients, out-of-state investors, and international buyers, navigating the full complexity of each deal from initial underwriting through final delivery. That breadth of experience informs how Oak & Mason approaches every project — with financial discipline, operational clarity, and genuine accountability.
Tilynna founded Oak & Mason with a straightforward mission: build a construction firm that operates with the same standards she demanded from contractors when she was on the investment side of the table.
